This Shipping Policy explains how Wax Paper Store processes and ships orders for custom printed food papers and packaging within Canada.

Free Shipping Across Canada

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to addresses in Canada. There are no hidden shipping charges added to your quote.

Production and Delivery Time

Most orders are produced and delivered within 4 to 6 business days. This time starts after you approve the final digital proof and your payment has been received.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may change because of courier delays, weather, holidays or other conditions outside our control.

Digital Proof Before Production

For custom printed orders, we send you a free digital proof first. Production starts only after you approve it, so a late proof approval will move your delivery date.

Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We ship with trusted courier partners. When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, extra shipping costs to resend it may apply.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or a package is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of any damage. We will work with you and the courier to fix the issue.
