These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of waxpaperstore.ca and to all quotes and orders placed with Wax Paper Store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and Pricing

Prices for custom products are given in a written quote based on the size, quantity, material and printing you choose. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are shown in your quote or invoice.

Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed once you accept the quote, approve the digital proof and complete payment. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product cannot be produced or if there is a pricing error.

Digital Proofs

We send a free digital proof for every custom printed order. Please check the spelling, colours, sizes and logo placement carefully. Once you approve a proof, we print exactly what is shown, and we are not responsible for mistakes in an approved proof.

Your Artwork

By sending us logos or artwork, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them. You agree to take responsibility for any claim that your artwork infringes someone else’s rights.

Colours and Variations

Printed colours may look slightly different from colours on a screen. Small differences in colour, size and cut are normal in printing and are not considered defects.

Production and delivery times are estimates. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, try to access it in an unauthorized way, or upload harmful files. Website content, including text, images and designs, belongs to Wax Paper Store and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
